Damn Homie!: Wesley Snipes WILL spend 3 YEARS in jail for tax evasion!

Actor Wesley Snipes was dealt a devastating blow today by a federal appeals court. His 36 month prison sentence was upheld by the court for tax evasion according to TMZ.
The ‘New Jack City‘ actor tried to argue that the sentence was unreasonable, but that argument failed.
Snipes originally got in trouble in 2008 when he was found guilty of not paying his taxes from 1999-2001. Leaving him owing the Internal Revenue Service $12 million dollars.
No word on when Snipes will have to begin his sentence.
