MERIDIAN TWP. — A 23-year-old Mason man has turned himself into police for a May armed robbery of a Meridian Township Jimmy Johns.
John Ali Perrault (pka Yung Rich) faces two armed robbery charges along with felony firearm and breaking and entering with intent during the robbery at the restaurant, located at 4790 S. Hagadorn Road, in Hannah Plaza.
He was arraigned on the charges Thursday at 55th District Court in Mason.
Bond was set at $25,000.
Police say Perrault entered the eatery at about 11:30 p.m. May 22, pulled out a gun and demanded cash. He then fled through the back door to a vehicle that had been waiting on Hannah Boulevard.
