CONFIRMED: The man who shot 2Pac (the first time) was a friend of Biggie and Diddy!!!

So it goes like this: Diddy and Biggie were cool with a guy named James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond. Jimmy Henchman paid 3 men (Dexter Isaac, Spencer "Scooter" Bowens, and George Roland) $2,500 total to shoot and rob 2Pac inside Manhattan's Quad Studios in November of 1994. One of those men, Dexter Isaac (who is serving life in prison) has finally come forth admitting to all of this.

    Why isn't Sean Combs being questioned of this matter and the case being reopened. Two of our best rappers are gone because of this particular incident and Sean could be the blame. Where's the justice.
