Master P - Ghetto Bill
For a brief period of time, after the fall of P's No Limit Records due to tax problems and before his switch to a more family friendly format which alienated his core fan base and thus ended his rap career, P returned to his Southern Gangsta roots and here we have Ghetto Bill, a pretty solid album despite the oddity of it all
