Have A Bite with Makell Bird

So, it's Xmas season and there's a lot of deals (eating wise) here in Las Vegas. The Station Casinos are offering lunch at their buffets for only $6.99 + tax (with card). So, for the second time, I went today and it turns out I had some points on my player card. So, I ended up only paying $5.76! Not bad for a pretty good buffet.
I had 5 slivers of, what seemed to be, either skirt steak or NY strip steak with creamy horseradish sauce. GVR has the best creamy horseradish sauce IMO because it is very mild in comparison to the harsh horseradish sauces at other restaurants. I also had liver and onions. I've only had liver and onions about 6 times in my life and there's a good reason for that. Liver and onions tastes like what I'd imagine doo-doo tastes like. Although, I know some people who love it.
I tried a small serving of Mongolian beef and about 3 chicken wings from the Asian section. Then, a small portion of spaghetti and meatballs from the Italian section, topping it off with bread pudding with vanilla sauce. GVR has some of the best bread pudding in Vegas, second only to Famous Dave's.
For dinner, I had a Charlie's Pride Top Round roast beef sandwich with swiss cheese and baby spinach leaves accompanied by some Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips. Chasing it with a Green Apple soda c/o Rocket Fizz, I finished with a California mix of steamed veggies including cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, and more baby spinach leaves (which I added in myself). Ciao.
