I've been on the back end of this myself quite a few times. When I asked worldstarhiphop to post some of my vids, they asked me for 1000's of dollars! So, if you submit videos to them, they deny you unless you pay. Yet, all the videos they DO put on their site are JACKED from other people's site's without their permission. Here, a user shows how WSHH fakes their traffic and number of hits on their vids to make it look as if a video is ALOT more popular that it actually is!
